Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrong products received.

• Customers must inform us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

• Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated within 10–15 business days.

• Refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• For international orders, customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective on arrival.

Non-Returnable Products

• Used products, opened packages, and customized bulk orders cannot be returned.

• Consumable products like powders, incense sticks, or any opened wellness items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
