We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is evidence of fraud, inaccurate information, or misuse of products.

Prices are displayed in INR for domestic customers and USD for international customers unless otherwise stated.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import regulations in their country.

Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract for bulk purchases.

Delivery timelines vary by location and product type. Estimated timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we will support customers with timely updates.
